We really care about people’s happiness!

Hi 👋

I’m Nick, one of the co-founders here at Happy Folks. Great to meet you!

People often ask us why we started Happy Folks. They’re curious because, in all fairness, there are plenty of employee engagement tools out there.

Our answer is simple: frustration. We’ve seen firsthand how unhappy employees can drag down productivity and morale. We’ve been in workplaces where people were too scared to give honest feedback, worried about repercussions, or just trying to keep the peace. That’s no good for anyone. It doesn’t help employees, and it sure doesn’t help the business.

The ironic thing about this is that companies that focus on the wellbeing of their people do better. And I'm not talking about just “being a great place to work”, but in actual numbers. London School of Economics looked at 339 independent studies and found a direct correlation between employee well-being and productivity, customer loyalty, and business profitability. This is so clear that even the World Economic Forum has research that shows that employee-first businesses outperform counterparts by 115% on earnings per share.

And that's why we here at Happy Folks created a platform to provide employees with a safe and anonymous space to share their thoughts and feelings. This platform is more than just a feedback tool; it monitors overall and direct sentiment and equips you with valuable insights to foster real, positive changes.

Since launching, we’ve seen amazing results. Companies using Happy Folks report happier employees, better productivity, and a more positive work environment. It’s incredible to see how empowering employees to speak their minds can transform a company.

We’re constantly improving Happy Folks based on feedback from our users and our own experiences. We’re here to help businesses build better workplaces, one honest conversation at a time.

Cheers,
